Rusco / Vu-Flow 1-1/2" Spin Down Filter 100 Mesh
The Rusco and Vu-Flow filter screens are efficient in heavy sediment applications. They can be used in applications with a flow rate ranging from 1 GPM to 100 GPM. Applications include irrigation, drinking water, agriculture and industrial uses. These screens are designed for hot water usage, up to 200ºF, as well as having increased chemical resistance. The Rusco Vu-Flow 1.5" Spin-Down Filter with a 100 mesh screen (152 microns) is designed to efficiently remove sediment, sand, and debris from water systems. Built with durable PVC and a reusable polyester screen, it's ideal for well water, irrigation, and residential filtration setups.
What Is A Micron Rating?
A micron is short for micrometer or one millionth of a meter. As a unit of measure, it describes the size of a particle. A micron rating describes the size of particles that the filter will allow to pass through. So a 150 micron rated filter will not allow anything larger than 150 microns to pass through.
