These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of any products from Georgia Water Tanks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ordering and Payment
Orders are accepted through our online checkout system. We accept major credit cards and may offer alternative payment methods such as PayPal or ACH. Orders are not considered final until payment is received in full.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Georgia Water Tanks is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

3. Returns & Refunds
Most products are made-to-order and not eligible for return. Standard items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued once the returned goods have been inspected and approved.

4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet started. Custom orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.

5. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that product information is error-free, complete, or current. Georgia Water Tanks reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Unless otherwise stated, products are sold “as-is” and without any other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability
Georgia Water Tanks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any products sold on this site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
